I completely understand that sometimes we are running behind. If you show up late to your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to give you the allotted time for your service. You may be asked to reschedule. If you are receiving multiple services and are late, they may have to be edited to accommodate for the time that you have been late. If you are running behind, please let me know via text before your appointment starts. Please keep in mind that there is a 7 minute grace period for waxing appointments. All other services have a grace period of 10 minutes. If you cannot be at the door within the grace period, we will not have enough time for your service, and you will be considered a ”No Show” and will be charged 100% of your service due to not being able to service you. There may be times where I do have an opening in my schedule and can still service you if you are late, however that is not always the case, so please accommodate to be on time for your scheduled appointment, I hate to charge for services that I have not performed, but it is something that helps to protect and keep my business afloat. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s). Cancellations that are made 5 hours or less before your appointment time are subject to 75% charge of your scheduled service(s). No call/No show appointments are not acceptable or tolerated and will be charged for 100% of their service fee. It is so easy to send me a text letting me know you cannot make your appointment, so out of respect for myself and my business, please let me know if you are not able to make your appointment beforehand. If your card on file is denied, you will not be allowed to re-book any new appointments until the fee is paid. Skin by Nathasha values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies that I hold to my clients. Please know that if I am even in a position that I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in the 24 hour window, I will give you 50% off from the service(s) that were booked. If I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment 5 hours or less prior to your appointment, I will give you 75% off from the service(s) that were booked.
